Try before you buy

Hangar includes a 14-day trial of all features starting on first launch. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. Use that time to check that the app works for you and your Mac.

New purchases

We do not offer refunds solely because you change your mind after buying. Please try Hangar before purchasing a Lifetime license.

Refund exceptions and your rights

• Duplicate payments: an extra charge for the same purchase will be refunded.
• Unresolved technical problems: if Hangar does not work as described and we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time, we will refund the purchase.
• Required refunds: we honor refunds required by applicable law or the payment provider’s terms.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation right, or your rights under Lava.top’s terms.

How to request a refund

Email hello@iney.app from the address used at checkout. Include your receipt or order reference and a short description of the billing or technical issue. We will review the request and arrange eligible refunds through Lava.top to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

After a refund

The associated Hangar license is deactivated. You can purchase a new license later if you choose to return.
